RCSN has stayed active all summer, thanks to volunteers who kept showing up. 

Since March, we've provided more than $2.6 million in housing assistance to nearly 1,600 families in Richfield and the surrounding area, and run food distribution twice a month for 140 households. This fall, we're reconnecting our network to keep responding to what our community needs.

That work depends on funding we raise ourselves. Right now, three things are on the table.

• Rent support: keep immigrant families housed through short-term crises.

• Food distribution: provide groceries for neighbors facing food shortages and under or unemployment.

• An emergency fund: fast, flexible support for urgent situations we can't always predict.

We are a 501(c)3 and all donations are tax deductible.

We newly registered as a 501(c)3 organization in early 2026, and may not yet show up on the IRS lookup tool. Here is a copy of our IRS Determination letter which includes our EIN.  We are happy to fill out paperwork or provide additional information for employer matches, qualified distributions and other ways to make your gift go further.
