Request Help Paying for your Past-Due Utility Bills

This form is the first step to request help paying off your past-due utility bills through the Richfield Community Safety Network. Eligibility is currently limited to households that live in Richfield, have a child enrolled in a Richfield school, or are connected to one of our Richfield-based referral partners.

After you submit this form, a volunteer will follow up with you to confirm your eligibility and payment details.

• Additional documentation may be required before any payment can be made

• We may not be able to serve all households due to limited funding

We are working as quickly as possible to raise and distribute funds to support families in need. We cannot guarantee financial assistance for everyone that requests it.
