We are network of neighbors, parents, and concerned community members in Richfield. We care about you and want you to be able to live without fear and with dignity in our community. We call ourselves the Richfield Community Safety Network (RCSN).
Fill out one of these forms to request the help you need. We can only assist you if you live, work, or have a connection to Richfield, or have a child enrolled in a school located in Richfield.
Rent or Mortgage Request Form: we can pay your entire PAST-DUE rent or mortgage payment
Utility Request Form: we can pay your entire PAST-DUE basic utilities including gas/heat, electric, water/sewer and trash.
All Other Needs: help with groceries, rides to work or appointments, legal navigation, and more. Fill out the form once, and get connected with a network of neighbors who can help you meet your family's needs on an ongoing basis. We cannot meet all needs all the time, but we will try!

Who has access to your information and how we use it
Your information is shared only with screened, verified volunteers. Anyone that reaches out to you from our organization will identify themselves as being from Richfield Community Safety Network. Our volunteers are verified in up to three different ways:
All volunteers must provide a personal reference that we call to make sure the person's intentions are sincere
Volunteers must either provide a copy of a background check from the past year, or allow us to complete a public records criminal search and national sex offender registery search on them using their name and date of birth.
If volunteers are driving children or doing volunteer activities with the school district, they must also pass a background check with the schools.
What happens next?
After you submit one of the above forms, a verified volunteer will contact you within 72 hours, usually by WhatsApp, using the phone number you provide. Because this is a volunteer network, more than one verified volunteer may help with your request, especially if you submit multiple forms or have multiple needs.
Your safety, privacy, and dignity matter to us. You can ask questions, request an interpreter, or ask us to stop communicating with you at any time.
